Whipped Feta
1 7 oz. block of feta (not crumbles)
3 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tsp harissa, or, to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
olive oil and harissa, for garnish
Za'atar Pita Chips
3 pitas, cut into wedges
5 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp za'atar
kosher salt, to taste
sesame seeds, optional
Cheese Babka Straws
Cheese Filling:
1 block cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
Vanilla Crumbs:
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
1 egg + 1 Tbsp water, for egg wash
