5778 Yizkor Book 2017 - 2018
As we approach the High Holidays, we are once again preparing to print the Book of Remembrance, Yizkor (memorial) book, to be used during the Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Pesach, and Shavuot holidays in the coming year. The book will contain the full Yizkor service, as well as the names of those to be remembered.
To include a memorial for your loved one(s), prior to the deadline of Wednesday, August 30th, please submit per the following:
1) The names from the last Yizkor Book (5777/2017-2018) WILL be included, and an electronic invoice will be sent to you from the shul. A copy of the last Yizkor Book can be found at Yizkor Book 5777. If you would like to remove an entry, please respond via e-mail to office@islandsynagogue.org or use the form below to update your entry.
2) Add names to a new or existing entry: Please use the form below to add names to the Yizkor Book, including the relationship to you and how you want your name to appear. When adding to an existing entry, the donation amount would be for the total number of new plus existing names.
For example, if you are adding one name and already have one name, the donation amount would be $72. If you are adding one name and already have two or more names, the donation amount would be $100.
